Social responsibility – our commitment to professional equality
At Saarstahl Rail, professional equality is at the heart of our priorities. As part of the Professional Equality Index 2025 covering the year 2024, we are proud to announce that our submission achieved an overall score of 93/100 (79/85 scaled to a 100-point scale). This result reflects our ongoing commitment to a fair and respectful working environment.
